We produce different types of sweetened wines according to customers’ requisitions, which are ready for re-fermentation in pressure tanks. The sweetened products comply with customers’ requisitions in terms of alcohol content, sugar strength, colour intensity, total acidity and filterability index.

We have been using a group of pressure tanks for the sparkling wine making process for PGI or table wines since 2013. We can provide micro-filtered products, ready for bottling, which are delivered in pressurized tanks. Our sparkling wines can be sweet or dry, with different colour intensities.
