Here are represented our most important equipment that we use in the winery for the various processes and operations, to achieve quality musts, wines and grape must concentrated. There are various cross-flow filters, some kind of pump, concentrator and desulfurizer, the refrigeration system and the aseptic and modified atmosphere packaging system. We also show our laboratory with equipment such as the “Foss”, to be at the forefront and always keep up with the times.
